I just tested on this end and was able to extract without issue. They are being shared from OS X, but that shouldn't cause any issues like this. I am using winrar to extract them,each time I go to extract the large zip,it gives a corrupt file message twice,once at the start and once at the end of the extraction and both times the final result is a folder 6. I have just tried winzip also to extract and again it says the file is corrupt.

If the zip archives were truly corrupted, I would expect it to not be able to extract anything at all. So I'm not really sure what's going on either.
